"Perfection is not talent" means that striving for flawlessness often hinders real growth, progress, and the development of actual skills (talent), as it's rooted in fear of judgment, leading to inaction, burnout, and missed opportunities, while embracing "good enough" and focusing on consistent effort allows for learning, resilience, and genuine achievement. True talent shines through resilience and adaptation, not the absence of mistakes, making perfection an obstacle, not a virtue, for developing ability. 

Talent is someone's raw potetial that need to develop through failure in process!
