you are not your pain. You are the one who notices it. You are not your thoughts. You are the awareness behind them. There is a part of you that remains untouched no matter what happens. A place inside where nothing breaks. Nothing falls apart. Nothing is lost. And the moment you identify with that place instead of the chaos in your mind… suffering loosens its grip. Not because life changes. But because you stop thinking you are every emotion that passes through you. Healing begins when you become the witness instead of the wound. And that is when peace finally enters.
