Though the story is old and we may have heard it a million times, the message it carries is timeless.

Some see the “O” at the end of zero.

Some see the “O” at the beginning of opportunity.

It’s all about how we see things.

The very same situation can feel like an ending to one person and a beginning to another. The circumstances may be identical, but the perspective can be completely different.

Life often depends less on what is in front of us and more on the lens through which we choose to see it.

What appears to be a setback today may become the starting point of something meaningful tomorrow 🌱

In my experience : many people and organization develop to be better when they face (several create ) the problems to take action as countermeasure for improvement.

So the real definition of the problem : there are gaps between what actually happened vs what should happened. What should happened is standard or target. If we have high target we are extraordinary than average, as we know as high performance people or organization.
