Princess Diana learned sign language during her years as Princess of Wales. She also supported the British Deaf Association, which helped her communicate with deaf people during public visits. In one visit, Diana leaned down to speak with children wearing school uniforms and medical devices. A child’s drawing labeled “Princess Diana” hung on a door. Diana smiled, pointed upward and used hand gestures to keep the conversation going. The brief exchange showed why her visits were remembered so clearly. She gave children her full attention, listened closely and treated each meeting as a personal conversation.

Good example to be accepted!
