Most of the ropes holding you back don’t actually exist. 🐎🧠 Somewhere along the way, you were taught where your limits are. Maybe it was a failure that hurt. Maybe it was someone telling you to be realistic. Maybe it was just watching people around you settle. Over time, you stopped testing those limits and started believing them. That’s the most dangerous kind of restraint, because nobody has to hold it. You stay right where you are on your own, convinced you can’t move, when nothing is actually stopping you. Your thoughts decide what you attempt, how long you keep going and what you believe you deserve. Change those thoughts, and you’ll be shocked at how much was possible all along. The day you stop believing in the rope is the day you finally realize you were free the whole time.
