The fastest way to show you’re not ready for more responsibility is to act like you’re above the responsibility you already have. Everybody wants the big moment. Tragedi yang Seharusnya Tidak Terjadi: Aeroflot Flight 593 😔 Pada 23 Maret 1994, sebuah pesawat Aeroflot Flight 593 rute Moskow–Hong Kong mengalami kecelakaan di kawasan Pegunungan Kuznetsk Alatau, Rusia. Pesawat Airbus A310-308 tersebut jatuh dan menewaskan seluruh 75 orang di dalamnya, terdiri dari 63 penumpang dan 12 awak. Namun, penyebab kecelakaan ini ternyata sangat mengejutkan. 🧒🏻 Saat itu, Yaroslav Kudrinsky, pilot cadangan yang bertugas di penerbangan tersebut, membawa kedua anaknya, Yana (13 tahun) dan Eldar (15 tahun), ke dalam kokpit. Awalnya, Yana diizinkan duduk di kursi pilot sementara ayahnya memperagakan cara kerja autopilot. Setelah itu, Eldar bergantian duduk di kursi tersebut. Ketika Eldar mencoba menggerakkan kemudi pesawat dengan izin ayahnya, tekanan pada kendali justru menyebabkan sebagian fungsi autopilot terlepas dari sistem kendali sayap (aileron).
